At Journey Healing Centers we take great honor in our professional staff and in our compassionate counselors who are dedicated to guiding our clients and getting them the help and care they deserve. Our counselors have years of education supplemented with experience. The combination of these gives them the insights essential to maximize their ability in assisting our residents to triumph over their addictions. One of our core understandings is that the temperament of addiction and chemical dependency necessitates using a holistic approach (treating the whole person, instead of just the addiction).

Because no two individuals are alike, our program utilizes the best strategies from numerous treatment techniques to ensure that our Clients will receive the assistance that will be most effective for them. Our centers are known throughout the communities which they are in, as effective treatment centers that provides meaningful service. The treatment processes we utilize offer the best approaches of healing methods to make certain that our patients will get the help that will be most successful for them.

Our Clinical team has expertise in the treatment of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Our multi-dimensional approach to treatment includes behavioristic, psychoanalytic, humanistic, and transpersonal. In addition to traditional treatment, our program gives the client an array of different modalities that is tailored to the client's needs. Furthermore, the residents are introduced to the Twelve-Step philosophy and to the teachings of "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz.

Our healing centers provide personal sessions along with therapeutic and didactic groups. We also offer our residents the occasion to heal the mind, body, and soul through our holistic program which includes but is not limited to: NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action), Yoga, Creative Art Therapy, Toltec Wisdom Group, Rhythms of Life Drumming, Sweat Lodge, and Massage Therapy.
